The Brief

The owner of this waterfront property in Caringbah, NSW required an access solution that would link their main house to their boatshed. The boatshed was approximately 60m away from the house and only accessible by water or a steep trail. It was a challenging problem but one the P. R. King & Sons team were excited to help solve.

While the Inclinator was being installed, the boatshed was being transformed into a retreat for the young family to relax on the weekends, away from the main house.

The client was very happy with the outcome, the Inclinator allowing easy transportation of people and goods between the house and the boatshed and waterfront.
