Our client needed to replace a competitor’s vertical platform lift after only a few years of service. They wanted a quality lift that would last.
After researching the market, they choose the Terry Melody 3. The platform can easily carry the motorised wheelchair and carer up the almost 2 metre rise to the porch. The lift was installed through the NDIS.
Avalon
Our client’s staircase was right next to their front door. Stannah Straight stairlifts have an optional retractable rail for such situations.
When the chair arrives at the bottom landing, the rail automatically extends to provide enough stair rail to disembark from the chair safely. Our customer was thrilled with the solution.

The Xpress II is a Fully BCA Compliant Inclined Platform Lift and is certified to AS1735-Part 7. It’s suitable for straight stair runs of up to 18 stair risers.
