The Brief

Valencia Lift

We were engaged by the client to provide a new lift for one of the Vasey Housing Association’s retirement villages in Maroubra, NSW. The Valencia Lift was selected. This lift is well-suited to areas with medium-high traffic, and offers smooth travel, reliability, efficiency, and durability.

The new lift provides access to three levels and gives tenants, employees, and visitors easy access to outdoor gardens, residential units, and common areas.

The Specifics

Lift Type: Valencia Lift

Travel: 5.19 metres

Stops: Three landings

Load: 500kg

Landing Doors: Automatic sliding doors with full glass panels and stainless steel trim.

Safety: Full height light rays are used for passenger protection across the car doors whilst entering and exiting the lift car.

Enclosure and finishes: Powder-coated steel structure including roof. Glass wall panels with stainless steel trim. Infill panels are corrugated iron plate on three sides with transparent glass panels on fourth wall.
