The design incorporates an integral ramp to eliminate the need for a pit, thus keeping building work to a minimum. Installation generally takes only a few days.

With a weight capacity up to 500kg and a large platform size, the Melody 3 is ideal for wheelchair users who want easy access between levels.
Clean design
A major feature of the design is the lack of mast or support tower, minimising aesthetic intrusion into the environment. The carriage and upper-level landing gate have an attractive painted finish which is complemented with polycarbonate infills.
Suitable for public and private applications
The Melody 3 can be installed almost anywhere in public buildings as well as outside domestic properties where access into and out of the home is a requirement.
Automatic gates
Optional automatic gates provide a safety barrier at both the lower and upper levels of the lift for wheelchair and ambulant users as well as ensuring ease of use and greater independent access.
Corrosion-resistant
All visible components are made from corrosion-resistant materials. These include aluminium parts and the polyester powder coating which is applied to the primed base steel.
Safety
BCA Compliant
The Melody 3 is available with a BCA compliant platform. A BCA compliant Melody 3 can travel up to 2m in height.
Emergency lowering system
In the event of a mains power failure the Melody 3 platform lift has an emergency lowering facility.
